About Kristina
Kristina Bonner Media is a portfolio, which started in late 2018 when Kristina began to showcase her work from her high school journalism courses directed by Mrs. Jamie Beavers and Mrs. Jennifer Kolb at Midway High School (Waco, Texas). Throughout her experience of high school journalism classes, Kristina covered the high school softball program and other sporting events around the city of Waco, Texas. On her free time, she would bring her camera to sporting events and take photos.

Entering college in fall 2019 at the Houston Christian University, formerly known as Houston Baptist University, she began furthering her experience as a freelance photography of a variety of sports, such as baseball, softball track and field/cross country and Beach Volleyball at the university's athletic department. Other events outside of HCU athletics that she covered was 2020 Shriners College Classics and the 2021 Southland Conference Men's & Women's Basketball tournament. 

After graduating from her undergrad, Kristina began a position in Sports Information Grad Assistant with MidAmerica Nazarene University. In the position, she focuses on the back end of the athletic's website, photography, graphic design, and social media management. 

When she finishes her masters, she hopes to become a Creative Coordinator with an athletic department or a professional baseball team. 

Education
Kristina graduated from Houston Christian University with a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Media Arts with a minor in Marketing. Currently attending MidAmerica Nazarene University with getting her M.S. in Management with a certification in Business Administration.
